Mandatory Bank Transfer Instructions
Transfer Fees - Option "OUR"
All transfer fees (sending bank + intermediary bank) are at your expense. You must explicitly select the OUR billing option during the transaction.
Final Amount Received
The conference must receive the exact net amount. Any partial payment (due to deducted bank fees) will be considered incomplete - the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the reception desk.
Mandatory Reference
Every transfer must include the reference ICAR2026-Full name (example: ICAR2026-DUPONT Marie).
Combined Payment : Conference + Training
If you registered for a training session, make a single combined transfer using the reference: ICAR2026 Conf and Training-Full name.
Supporting Documents and Invoicing
Submission of Payment Receipt
Once the transfer is completed, send a copy of your payment receipt to icar2026.event.payment@gmail.com so we can issue your official invoice.
Proforma Invoice
If you require a proforma invoice beforehand, contact us at icar2026.event.payment@gmail.com with the subject line: Request for Proforma Invoice.
Student Status Verification
Required Document
If you are paying the Student rate, you must include a valid enrollment certificate for the current academic year along with your payment receipt.
*To benefit from the student rate, please send us a document proving your enrollment as a student for the current academic year.
