Riverpulse Participatory Workshop (registration form at the bottom of the page)

Date: 10 July 2026
Time: 8h30 to 13h30
Venue: Faculty of Sciences, Rabat, room to be confirmed
Capacity: ~20 participants (open to all audiences)

Initiatives pour l'Avenir des Grands Fleuves and ICAR invite around twenty people (all audiences) to take part in a RIVERPULSE participatory diagnosis workshop focusing on the lower valley of the Bouregreg river.

River Pulse is a qualitative, participatory diagnosis approach that gives local residents and field stakeholders the opportunity to express their perceptions and share their view on the state of a river or watercourse section across its ecological, economic, socio-cultural and political dimensions.

It is a dialogue methodology designed to support the sharing of knowledge, perspectives and needs, and to spark a dynamic of progress. River Pulse was developed by the Scientific and Technical Committee of Initiatives pour l'Avenir des Grands Fleuves (IAGF) and is currently in its testing phase.
